Creating Automation Rules

How to create a rule

  1. Go to the Automation page
  2. Click Create Rule
  3. Enter a name and optional description
  4. Select a trigger
  5. Add one or more conditions
  6. Add one or more actions
  7. Set the priority (lower number = runs first)
  8. Enable or disable the rule
  9. Save

Tip: Test your rule against a real order before enabling it.

Rule management

  • Rules can be reordered by priority
  • Each rule shows its trigger count (how many times it has fired)
  • Rules can be duplicated for quick variations
  • Rules can be individually enabled/disabled without deleting
