Partial Receiving

Deliveries rarely arrive complete. Fulfiro supports receiving stock in multiple batches.

How it works

Each PO line item tracks ordered quantity and received quantity separately. You can receive partial quantities multiple times until the full order is delivered.

After each receive:

• The received quantity for each item updates
• The PO status becomes "Partially Received"
• When all items are fully received, the status changes to "Received"

You always know what is still outstanding for each PO.
