QuickBooks CSV Import
Import your inventory data from QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online via CSV file.
How to import
- In QuickBooks, export your inventory as a CSV file
- In Fulfiro, go to Settings > Integrations > QuickBooks
- Upload the CSV file (drag and drop or file picker)
- Fulfiro parses the file, maps columns, and matches products by SKU
- Review the preview: new products, existing products, and skipped items
- Click Apply to import
What gets imported
| QuickBooks field | Fulfiro field |
|---|---|
| Item Name / SKU | Product SKU |
| Item Description | Product name |
| Cost / Avg Cost | Cost price |
| Price / Sales Price | Retail price |
| Quantity On Hand | Stock level |
| Reorder Point | Reorder point |
| Preferred Vendor | Supplier (auto-created) |
How stock is handled
- New products get an initial stock level at the default location
- Existing products get a delta adjustment (CSV quantity minus current on-hand)
- All changes are recorded as stock movements with type CSV_IMPORT
Filtering
Only inventory-type items are imported (Inventory Part, Assembly, Inventory Assembly, Group). Service items, discounts, payments, and other non-inventory types are skipped.
Supplier auto-creation
Unique vendor names from the CSV are automatically created as Supplier records. Products are linked to their suppliers.
