Bulk Fulfillment and Label Purchase

Bulk fulfillment lets you select multiple orders and buy all their labels in one operation. Eliminates manual label creation completely.

Use Bulk Fulfillment when: You have 5 or more orders to ship and they can all use the same carrier/service. Teams processing 20+ orders per day save hours with this.

Use single-order fulfillment instead when: Orders need individual inspection, custom packaging, or different carriers. See Fulfilling a Single Order.

How to use it

1. Go to the Orders page, Unfulfilled tab
2. Select the orders you want to fulfill (checkbox column)
3. Click Bulk Fulfill
4. Choose a packing mode:

• Same box (default) -- Pick one box size and dimensions. All orders get the same package.
• Auto-pack -- Each order is individually packed using auto-pack. Only available if you have package types defined.

1. Select a carrier and service
2. Click Buy Labels

Results

Each order gets its own result: success (with tracking number) or failure (with error reason). Orders that fail do not block other orders from completing.
