Fulfilling a Single Order
Step by step
- Open the order detail page
- The Fulfillment widget appears at the bottom (only if unfulfilled items remain)
- Add a package: Select a package type (or enter custom dimensions)
- Set weight: Enter the package weight, or let auto-weight calculate it from product weights
- Select carrier and service: Choose from your connected carriers. Rate shopping shows prices.
- Buy label: Click "Buy Label" to purchase the shipping label
- Done. The tracking number is saved, pushed to WooCommerce, and the shipment appears in the Shipments table.
What you see after fulfillment
The Fulfillment widget is replaced by a Shipments section showing:
- Tracking number (clickable link)
- Carrier and service
- Label cost
- Ship date
- Items included
