Creating Manual Orders

Not all orders come through WooCommerce. You can create orders directly in Fulfiro for phone orders, in-person sales, or other channels.

How to create a manual order

  1. Click Create Order on the Orders page
  2. Enter customer details: name, email, phone, address
  3. Optionally enter a PO number (useful for B2B customers)
  4. Add line items by searching for products. The product search shows current stock levels.
  5. Set the order status
  6. Click Create

Pushing to WooCommerce

When creating a manual order, you can optionally select a connected store. If selected, Fulfiro creates the order in WooCommerce via the REST API. If the WooCommerce push fails, the local order is still created and you will see a warning.

Stock impact

Manual orders follow the same stock rules as synced orders. If the status is Processing, stock is deducted. If Pending, stock is reserved.
