Bulk Stock Editing Grid

The Bulk Update page provides a spreadsheet-style grid for editing stock levels across many products at once.

Use Bulk Editing when: You have done a warehouse count and need to update many products at once. For individual adjustments, use Adjust Stock. For importing from a file, use CSV Import.

How it works

1. Navigate to Bulk Update in the sidebar
2. The grid shows all products with their current On Hand quantities
3. Click any cell to edit the stock quantity
4. Changed cells highlight with a green (increase) or red (decrease) indicator showing the delta
5. Review your changes, then click Save All to apply

What happens when you save

• Each product's stock is adjusted by the delta (new value minus old value)
• Stock movements are recorded for each change
• Updated quantities are pushed to WooCommerce in batches. See Two-Way Sync.

Tips

• Use the search bar to filter to specific products
• Changes are not saved until you click Save All -- you can undo individual changes before saving
• Large batches (500+ products) are processed in the background
