Quick Start: Your First Order in 10 Minutes

This guide walks you through going from zero to fulfilling your first order. Five steps, no detours.

Step 1: Create your account (1 minute)

Go to the Fulfiro website and click Start Free Trial. Enter your name, email, and password -- or use Continue with Google. Verify your email. You are in.

Need details? See Creating Your Account.

Step 2: Connect your WooCommerce store (2 minutes)

Go to Settings > Stores and click Add Store. Switch to One-Click Connect, enter your store name and URL, click Connect Store, approve in WooCommerce, and you are redirected back. Done.

Need manual API keys instead? See Connecting Your Store.

Step 3: Verify your products and stock (2 minutes)

Once the initial sync finishes (usually under 2 minutes), go to the Products page. Confirm your catalog is there. Check a few stock levels to make sure they match reality.

Stock numbers off? See Stock Discrepancies.

Step 4: Check your orders (1 minute)

Go to Orders. Fulfiro does not pull historical orders -- it starts receiving them in real time as new orders come in from your WooCommerce store (via webhooks). Place a test order on your store or wait for a real one. The Unfulfilled tab shows what needs shipping. Each order has an availability badge -- green means all items are in stock and ready to go.

Step 5: Fulfill your first order (3 minutes)

Click an order with a green availability badge. Scroll to the Fulfillment section. Select a package size (or enter custom dimensions), choose a carrier, and click Buy Label. The tracking number is saved and pushed to WooCommerce automatically.

Want to ship multiple orders at once? See Bulk Fulfillment.

  • Enable auto-pack to let Fulfiro pick the best box for each order
  • Create automation rules to tag and categorize orders automatically
