Shipping Settings

The Shipping settings page manages carriers, packages, packing rules, and ship-from address.

  1. Units -- Set default weight unit (kg, lb, oz, g) and dimension unit (cm, in, mm) for your organization
  2. Ship-From Address -- Your default shipping origin address. Used for rate calculations and label generation.
  3. Carrier Accounts -- Connect and manage carrier accounts. See Carrier Accounts.
  4. Package Types -- Define reusable box templates. See Package Types.
  5. Packing Rules -- Add constraints for the auto-pack algorithm. See Packing Rules.
